“Hotel Lazos” reserves the right to amend or revise freely the terms and conditions of use and transactions whenever it deems necessary, and undertakes to inform consumers about any change through the pages of this site.
The reservation will become final only upon finalization of the payment of the entire total agreed amount, in the manner agreed between the parties (any costs of depositing funds in Bank accounts are borne by the depositor and are not included in the agreed price). Otherwise, reservation is not valid and “Hotel Lazos” reserves the right to rent the relevant apartment or apartments for which a reservation has been made to another tenant.
In the case of an online reservation via the Hotel Lazos website, reservation will become final once the electronic transfer of the entire agreed agreed cost of stay through the secure online form of payment to the relevant sub-site is definitive, otherwise it is not valid.
Arrivals – Departures
The arrival time of the client may be from 12:00 to 22:00 on the specified arrival date. The day of arrival is calculated in full in terms of rent, regardless of arrival time.
Upon departure, the client is required to vacate the room until the 11th hour of the agreed departure date. Staying beyond that time and until the 18th hour obliges the client to pay half the one-day stay. Staying beyond the 18th hour, obliges the customer to pay the full one day stay.
Different times of arrival and departure can be made at no extra charge upon request and if possible.
The customer, on arrival, has the option of delivering valuable or valuable items to the Reception of “Hotel Lazos” as well as the money he has with him, by taking proof of this. Otherwise, Hotel Lazos is not responsible for any loss.
For items not delivered to the Hotel Lazos Reception by the customer, the former is relieved of any liability if the damage or loss is due to the negligence of the customer or the persons accompanying him, visiting him or being in his service.
Also, “Lazos Hotel” is relieved of any liability if the damage, destruction or loss is due to higher violence (earthquake, fire, etc.) or to the particular nature of the thing.
The customer is responsible for any damage or damage done to “Hotel Lazos” and is attributable to him or his guests or his servants or any other person for whom the customer is responsible (breakage of glassware, crockery, sinks , damage to furniture, carpets, clothing, etc.).
For any matter not included herein, and only to the extent that it does not conflict with the terms and policies of this Regulation, the applicable Hotel and Customer Relationship Rules (Article 8 of Law 1652 / 30-10-1986 ΦΕΚ 167 A ‘)}, as well as the relevant provisions of the Civil and Criminal Laws and any other relevant provision of the Law.
